AGM Notice and Subscription reminder

The Annual General Meeting of the Seal and Blue Point Birman Cat Club will take place on Sunday, 15 May 2011 at Longburrow Hall, Park Lane,
Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire, HP14 3TQ commencing at 2pm.  the AGM will be followed by the presentation of Cups and Trophies.

Items or proposals for inclusion on the AGM agenda, which should be proposed and seconded by fully paid up Club members, should reach me no later than the 14 April 2011.

Mrs Celia Langford, the Secretary, has completed her term of office and will be stepping down from the role although she will be standing for election to the Committee.

Three committee members have completed their term of office and have indicated that they are willing to re-stand for election and they are: Mrs Lindsay Grant, Mr Ron Pike and Mrs Sylvia Pritchett.  There are three vacancies to be filled.

Members are reminded that subscriptions were due on the 1 January 2011 and remain at Single £5; Joint £7; Junior £2 and should be sent to Mrs Simone Ensor, 20 Sorrel Close, Wootton, Northampton NN4 6EY.  Cheques should be made payable to Seal & Blue Point Birman Cat Club.
